About Us
Aslanbey draws its strength from the two symbols in its name: the lion, a symbol of nobility and power, and the apricot, the symbol of Malatya.
"It stays strong, because it is natural."
"Aslanbey" is born from the combination of "aslan" (lion), evoking strength and nobility in Turkish, and "bey", a traditional title of respect. The way the lion's head and the apricot silhouette intertwine in our logo is no coincidence: both are the product of patience, warmth, and devotion to the land.
Our brand took shape in the Yeşilyurt district of Malatya — one of the first regions that comes to mind when apricots are mentioned worldwide. This land is not just a place of production; it is the address of knowledge and labor passed down through generations.
Malatya is regarded as a pioneer in the world's apricot production, a region where the apricot gains its distinctive taste thanks to the special climate and soil structure here. The same land is also a fertile basin where many other dried fruits and nuts, mulberries in particular, are grown. As Aslanbey, we draw strength from being part of this heritage.
Additive-free, as it is — we trust in the fruit's own taste.
There is labor in every stage; our priority is care, not speed.
Our word and our product are delivered with the same care.
We produce while staying true to Malatya's land and tradition.
